How I Feel

    My thoughts are with you. I was sending you healing, positive energy during my yoga class tonight.

    I'm sorry to know you're in a tough, hurting place. I have every confidence, however, that you already possess exactly what you need in order to make it through.

    Be kind and gentle with yourself. Allow the cleansing tears to flow. Breathe deep. Embrace what is. And don't stop looking for the light.
