A couple of years ago, I watched a spider carefully come out of hiding and move towards a leaf that was stuck in its web. It then proceeded to meticulously work its way around the leaf to free it from the web, leaving the web in tact but dropping the leaf to the ground ~ so as not to give away the presence of the web!
I love spiders, I can never bring myself to kill them, just trap them and set them outside...except for one dangerous looking on that I had to squish and said right aways "Sorry about this, I hope I don't come back as a spider"
ah, when first we practice to deceive. Who wrote that again?
